Great! Thanks for that list! My time machine is in the shop waiting for a spare part for my flux capacitor to arrive from some company stateside called "Doc Browns Timeless Parts and Components". Seems some guy named Marty McFly got the last part so here I am, watching and waiting

>Jan 1997: Mike Pinder does Tigard (near Portland, OR) Borders Doggone if I can remember the exact date. I think it was a weekend, and it was just down the street from where we lived at the time. I do know those photos are on the same roll of film with Justin at Phoenix Borders. (and they aren't very good either).

My son was 13 and I embarrassed him by making him go get one of the things Mike offered to the kids........... forgot what it was, a badge I think. He was so cute, he had all the kids rattle the badges, and said "there now we have that all out of our system". LOL.

Mike seemed a little spacey, and I think he said (in the FOMP mag) he was super tired for that trip, thus perhaps it's slipped through the cracks. And I could be wrong too?

If you can dig up JenJen she might know the exact date, she was there too. Dr, Wendy as well. I haven't seen either around the nets for a while.

i was lucky enough to have been to a bunch of those dates and actually help mike and tara with there stuff....very fond memories

I remember seeing him at a Borders Books in Thousand Oaks, CA. I was the only male there. There were many single ladies and single moms with children. He was promoting the children's CD with the orange cover.

The first time I saw him was at a Tower Records in Los Angeles in 1995. He signed a poster and a CD. He was very friendly! I am glad I had to chance to meet him!
